WINNSBORO — Election Day 2012 is less than 22 days and you still have time to place your absentee ballot if you will be unavailable on this day. You must complete an application and qualify in order to vote absentee. If you meet one of the 17 qualifications you can vote in person at the local office until the day before Election Day or have a ballot mailed out to you by the Friday before the election.
