The Fairfield County Genealogy Chapter and Fairfield Historical Society will be taking part in the Big Grab 25 mile yard sale starting today at 12 noon and running through Saturday.

The sale will take place in the back yard and side walk area of the Fairfield County Museum.

The museum will be providing the space for this sale.

The items that will be sold have been donated for the this sale and include a Wii game system, oak mission furniture, brass wares, frames, antique dolls, oil paintings and many other miscellaneous collectibles.

Many of these items arrived this week by covered wagon.

The funds raised during this event will be used to help fund the technology improvements in the genealogy room at the museum.
