WINNSBORO — The Lady Griffins got off to a slow start Thursday night against Lewisville and dug too big of a hole to overcome in a 21-10 loss.
Tyeisha Jackson got the start on the mound and went the distance for the Lady Griffins. She settled down after a shaking early inning and got some valuable experience for later in her career.
Leading hitters were A’Kierrah Marshall, Tyeisha Jackson and Dajai Robertson. The Griffins were back in action with their final home game of the season Monday at 5 p.m. versus Indian Land. Results were not available at press time.
