WINNSBORO — Chris Dinkins, the new director of the Fairfield Career & Technology Center, gave an inspiring message about his view of education and what ideas he wants to bring to the Center during a presentation to the Winnsboro Rotary Club.
He has been in Fairfield County for six months but believes he is training students for jobs that do not exist today.
To maximize the potential and training, he asks his students what their area of interest is then they develop a course outline to prepare the student to achieve his or her potential.
Dinkins was the guest of Rotarian Marion Whitaker.
