This program is sponsored by the Martin Primary Health Care Center, Fairfield Memorial Hospital, the “Eat Smart Move More Fairfield.”
This program is for ages 15 - 100 and is a lifestyle program based upon the research results of the National Weight Loss Registry (what works!) and Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion.
To fully understand the program, come to one of the information sessions and decide if you want to sign up! These sessions will be on the following Tuesdays: Jan. 10 or 17. The time will be 6 - 6:45 p.m. and will be held at Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s Fairfield Diabetes Education Center’s conference room. These sessions are FREE.
At these information sessions you can register and choose a possible class time for the actual classes which will be held on Tuesdays beginning Tuesday, Jan. 24. The classes will be from 2-3 p.m. or from 6-7 p.m. The program fee is $60; however if you bring a friend or spouse, the second person pays $50.
