WINNSBORO — Kimmy Albert, a seventh-grader at Richard Winn Academy, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Albert. Kimmy is a well prepared student and makes wise use of her time. She is conscientious about her classwork and is eager to learn, especially in math.
Kimmy does not settle for an incorrect answer. She is determined to understand how to solve math problems correctly, even if she has to work through the school’s mid-morning break. Her ambition to succeed academically is evident not only in her math class but also in all other seventh grade classes. Her motivation, drive and desire to do well will be beneficial throughout her middle and high school career. Likewise, Kimmy is a friend to all in her class and is considerate of others. She is respectful and always willing to lend a helping hand or listening ear.
Kimmy was selected as a Student of the Week by her math teacher, Kerri Martin.
