Free SAT Workshop

The Columbia NAACP, USC and the Princeton Review are offering a free SAT workshop for high school students Saturday, Jan. 7, at the Darla Moore Business Center (Gambrell Hall) on the USC Campus, 1705 College St.

Check-in is at 8:30 a.m. The workshop will begin promptly at 9 a.m.

You must register for the workshop online at:

Princetonreview.com. Once in the Web site, click on “FREE EVENTS NEAR YOU” and put in the zip code “29208” and that will take you to the registration information, or call 1-800-273-8439. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Also some prizes will be given away.

A Followup Strategy Session will be held by Princeton Review for students and parents on Feb. 4. They will talk about your scores on the practice test and provide information to on what to do when you take the actual test to score high.
