The S.C. Department of Natural Resources has a new way for predominantly Spanish speaking residents to get information on everything from licensing to animal species along with news releases of interest on wide-ranging topics from loggerhead turtles to boating safety classes.

A new website at www.dnr.sc.gov/spanish will assist those who are looking to explore the natural resources of South Carolina.

It is all part of the ongoing mission of DNR to enhance natural resource education to provide the public with knowledge necessary in making informed natural resource decisions.
