Stegall-Smith is RWA Student of the Week

WINNSBORO — Richard Winn Academy proudly announces Mary Stegall-Smith as Student of the Week. Stegall-Smith is an excellent student who is very much interested in learning. Not only does she have a genuine interest in learning, she is also very active in the learning process. Stegall-Smith is always prepared to answer questions and frequently asks questions to clarify a concept for which she may need more information. Moreover, Stegall-Smith respects classroom rules and procedures. She is a student who is eager to learn and models behavior that is most conducive to an engaging, learning environment. In addition to her positive attitude and superb behavior within the classroom, Stegall-Smith is respectful of her classmates and treats everyone with kindness. Kerri Martin, Stegall-Smith’s math teacher, proudly selected her for the honor of Student of the Week. Stegall-Smith, a fifth grader, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stegall-Smith of Winnsboro.
